One, the type of sprayer
Common sprayers include knapsack sprayers, pedal sprayers, stretcher motorized sprayers, electric ultra-low-volume sprayers, knapsack motorized spray powder dusters, tractor-driven wind-driven sprayers, and so on. Among them, the commonly used types are knapsack sprayers, pedal sprayers, and motorized sprayers.
Two. How to use the sprayer
1. Knapsack sprayer. At present, there are two kinds of pressure rod type and electric type. The pressure rod type requires one hand to press the rod and the other hand to hold the spray nozzle to spray; the electric type uses a battery, which is light and labor-saving, and is currently a common spray tool in rural areas.
When using a knapsack sprayer, pressurize it first, and then turn on the switch to spray. The pressure should be even and the pressure should not be too high to avoid damage to the sprayer. Clean the sprayer after spraying, and pay attention to maintenance after use.
2. Pedal sprayer. The pedal sprayer is mainly composed of a pedal, a liquid pump, an air chamber and a pressure rod. The structure is simple, the pressure is high, and two people are required to operate it. It is labor-saving and low-cost. It is suitable for small family orchards.
During use, the first thing is to maintain the lubrication of the plunger of the liquid pump and keep the oil in the oil filling hole. The oil seal cover should be screwed for a little longer. After use, drain the liquid medicine in the machine, and then rinse it with clean water.
3. Motorized sprayer. Motorized sprayers are sprayers driven by diesel engines, gasoline engines, or electric motors. Generally, spray nozzles can be used to control spider mites and aphids, and spray guns can be used to control large pests. When spraying, keep stirring the liquid in the barrel to prevent precipitation, and clean the sprayer with clean water after spraying. Drain the liquid medicine from the pump and tube.
The common faults of the motorized sprayer in the use process are unable to absorb water, insufficient pressure, poor atomization, and abnormal sound of the machine. If you don't need a sprayer in winter, keep the medicine inside the machine clean, and apply lubricating oil to the piston to prevent rust.
